Disappointment and Poor Customer Service
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with their experiences with Ram Group. One reviewer, X., had purchased components from the company and when they needed replacements, were met with poor customer service. Despite sending detailed emails and making phone calls, they were ignored for 10 weeks before being told that they would have to have an engineer dispatched to them, rather than being able to purchase the replacement parts themselves. This lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to provide spare parts has left them with security posts that no longer lock.
Positive Experiences
However, not all experiences with Ram Group have been negative. Several reviewers have had positive experiences, praising the quality of the products and the service provided. Andre Fairhurst, for example, found the security posts to be "brilliant" and highly praised the company's responsiveness, quality, professionalism, and value. Quality and Durability Issues
Some reviewers have reported quality and durability issues with the products. Ahmet Eat Sleep Train Repeat Mete, for example, found that the locks on their security posts had rusted after only a few months, and he has yet to receive a response to his request for a replacement. Bob Huntbach, on the other hand, reported that the products have been excellent, but that spare keys are difficult to obtain.
