Poor Experience with Customer Service and Billing Issues
The majority of the reviewers have had a negative experience with Autosport Engineering, with two out of three reviews giving a low rating.
Rude Staff and Unprofessional Service
The first reviewer, Autosport Engineering, was charged 90 for an annual service for an alarm and three sensors, but was then sent an additional bill for 10.80 for the batteries. The reviewer found the staff to be rude and unprofessional, taking a long time to provide a VAT receipt for the original installation. The installer also placed the sensors in poor positions. The reviewer is threatening to escalate the issue and is unlikely to recommend the company.
Contrast to Positive Review
In contrast, the second reviewer, Karen Wickenden, had a very positive experience with Autosport Engineering, describing them as "very good people to deal with" and "a good reliable company". They would highly recommend the company.
Aggressive and Unprofessional Service
The third reviewer, Nick Burden, also had a poor experience. They were initially satisfied with the company, having used them for 24 years, but were turned off by the rude and aggressive service they received when trying to end their contract. The reviewer felt insulted and used scare tactics were employed to keep them from leaving.
